After my building was completed in their antique cladding my garden now looks amazing and I’ve used my new room daily for work. The staff were informative and provided me with constant updates throughout the build

Luxury Garden Rooms

We build garden rooms with materials to keep you warm. Our insulated structures limit thermal bridging & reduce energy consumption and benefit from being up to 5x warmer than traditional timber outbuildings. Using over 100mm of compressed polyurethane foam gives our garden rooms a U-value similar to newly built homes.

  • Thermally insulated for constant usage all-year-round
  • High-quality structure giving a lifetime of use
  • Plastered & painted internal finishes
  • Zero maintenance composite cladding
  • Premium breathable membrane used to keep the rooms dry & comfortable in all weather

Premium Roofing Materials

We use 150mm of insulation in our roof panels, as well as a single sheet of EPDM maintenance-free cover. Using this much insulation keeps the heat in your garden room for longer during the winter months.

  • EPDM Rubber rofs with over 50 years life expectancy
  • We use a single sheet of rubber to ensure there are no leaks
  • Our experts fully install all roofs
  • Contemporary fascia boards used for a stunning finish
  • Thick insulation is used to keep the noise out & the heat in

No Digging Required

Our high-quality ground screws can support between 200kg-400kg of weight per screw, with 20-screws used on average for each of our garden rooms. They are environmentally friendly and create no mess in your garden, unlike concrete slabs. More often than not, the ground is made of soil & clay, so we can confidently build garden rooms in Hertfordshire on ground screws.

  • Structurally sound
  • Environmentally friendly, producing a fraction of the carbon emissions concrete emits
  • No mess in your garden, unlike when using cement
  • No excavation work is required, saving clients money on waste clearance & labour
  • Usable with uneven surfaces & hard to reach areas

Useful Information

Garden office pods

Garden Rooms can be built to any size, depending on your available space, desired usage and local building guidelines. Small garden rooms take up as little as 4sqm of space, and large garden rooms require over 30sqm. The most popular size of a garden room is 3m x 3m, as this gives enough space to have an office and some gym equipment. But the outbuildings can be made deeper or wider depending on the shape and size of your garden.

If you require a space to fit a specific item, such as a pool table, you will need a room which is at least 5m x 5m. Whereas, if you need a small nail salon, a space that is 2m x 3m should be more than sufficient.

You will see immediate progress, and we will aim to complete your garden room within 14-days. In the winter months, this may take longer due to weather conditions. The build time can also vary based on the size of the outhouse.

Yes, we can use cedar cladding on your outbuilding. We will have to quote for the cedar at the time of your order due to constant price changes in the timber market.

Cedar garden rooms are naturally resistant to moisture, insect infestation and rot.

A properly finished and high-quality cedar outhouse can last for decades. Although good-quality cedar cladding is a costly material, you will need to ensure you have a reasonable budget for your garden room.

Having a garden office makes working from home more productive, and it can be an excellent solution for anyone needing quiet space. Using your house as an office comes with its pros & cons, and the main con is the endless distractions. A garden building resolves this issue. Although most areas in Hertfordshire like St. Albans, Stevenage & Borehamwood have easy commutes to London, a lot of the county is isolated, so working from home in a garden office would make life easier.

An insulated room with heating makes working from home comfortable and helps keep working from home separate from your family tasks. Our premium garden rooms are warm all year round and require nearly no maintenance.
