Environmentally Friendly
Insulation
Our garden rooms are constructed to retain heat, with an insulation level similar to a newly built house. The rooms are usable 24/7. Our rooms are made with 100mm wall insulation and 150mm roof insulation, ensuring the out-buildings give the perfect environment for all uses and low energy consumption.
Cladding
The innovative cladding system is made almost entirely from recycled material and does not splinter, making it safe for you and your family to enjoy. As the low maintenance cladding does not rot and never needs to be treated, you save every year over standard wood products. The composite cladding product we use is produced using 100% renewable energy.
Foundations
All of our rooms are built on high endurance ground screws (Screw Piles), which reduces damage to gardens as minimal digging is required, reducing waste. Unlike concrete, ground screws do not cause soil erosion and remove the risk of flood damage, as the head of the screws is raised above earth level. They are also removable and reusable, whereas concrete is hard to remove and nearly impossible to reuse.
